Avatars that has the pedo bear in it.

I really don't like them. It was funny to me the first few weeks after all the penn state mess started and now with syracuse. But it's all died down now until some new developments happen.
I don't like them anymore because of what they symobolize and I feel like it just gives free advertising to NAMBLA and pedophiles and pedophilia in general. The pedobear is the mascot of pedophilia and I really feel like TD.COM has no buisiness advertising them at all.
I'm fine with using them for posting a funny meme and pedo bear jokes. But not for an avatar, sig pic, and sig quote.
The avatar reflects who you are and what you like and what is your mood in general. An item that personalized should not have something advertising a horrific crime.
I realize that very few posters have the pedo bear in their avatars, and/or sig pics. But one is one too many.
Agree or disagree? Thoughts?

I don't approve of what they stand for but pedobear has become an internet meme that you really can't squash. The images don't really bother me. I've seen a few on the SECr in relation to Ole Miss.

LOL the Ole Miss ones are very funny. But that only lasts for so long. I agree the meme itself will never be destroyed but still that doesn't mean TD.COM has to use it and/or accept it.

I'm not sure what memphisplaya could do for Superman in my avatar, so I'll just leave him being all Super.

I didn't take it down on purpose. More like the website it was from took it down. So I had to find a new one and Superman is what people think I act like IRL. SO I went for that.
