Probably been covered, but I was watching tonight and overthinking this:
Why would they order 12 pizzas the night before they leave for 15 people? That’s over 6 pieces per person. The mom already expressed her interest in getting rid of milk. Why would she risk wasting extra pizza?

They also throw airplane tickets in the trash which I guess was meant to be Kevin's ticket.
