Two teams per [BCS] conference allowed into BCS Bowl Games UNLESS two [BCS] conference teams are involved in playing for the national championship. This would allow for a third conference member to fill the void left by the top two teams in that conference's BCS bowl of record. So yes, Arky or UGA could actually play in the Sugar Bowl in NOLA if the BCSNCG involves both LSU and Alabama. If 'Bama doesn't play LSU for the BCSNCG, then in all likelihood they will be the SEC host for the Sugar Bowl and they will beat the ever-living-dogshit out of their opponent.

Incorrect.

The ONLY way 3 teams can go from the SEC is if LSU loses the SEC championship, and still goes to the title game against Bama. UGA is the only option for the 3rd team. No one else can go.
