How did it turn out? Doing it today while I put up Christmas decorations

The wife loves it. It's fine. Any of the mulling spices work. I'm sure you could use spices you have but it would be work and easier to just dump in the pouch. It's fun when you're at a Christmas market and it's cold out. At home I find it lame but whatever makes her happy.

Eh, she went out and bought all the ingredients for it, so I'm happy that she is getting into the holiday spirit.

I have a bottle of wine opened that I didn't feel like drinking so you have inspired me to try this tonight.

I have only had it when I was visiting Europe around this time of year. How do you make it?

It has been pleasantly surprising. Warm, festive, tasty. Really getting me in the Christmas mood. Cinnamon sticks, fruit, spices. Delicious really
