After seeing Manuel and Wilson, that was a misevaluation. However, I think Mett will be even better than Wilson. Oh

He made the right choice

He must not have felt too disrespected because he said this at the time:
quote:
"Coach Miles is an incredible guy and I loved sitting down and speaking with him," Wilson said. "He is a real family oriented guy which similar to the way I grew up and in some programs that is not the case and I think that is a great thing."
quote:
"I'm really wide open with everything. I am looking every college and not that LSU is not one of the front-runners," Wilson said. "I am going to try to get out to Tulsa this weekend and Arizona in the next week and a half. "I plan to make a decision by the end of the summer and that is the timeline I have right now."

Worked out better for Wilson anyway. Come sit behind Les' boy JJ and get fricked up by Crowton or go play for one of the best offensive minds in CFB?

Wilson would have looked great running the option IMO

Miles is like a cat.
Always ending up on his feet.
The way things have worked out for Wilson at Arkansas, his dad should have just kept this to himself.
Really nothing to gain by throwing it out there, and makes Arkansas second fiddle.
After a season in which Wilson has looked great throwing the ball, he has looked equally as great as a Mercedes Benz crash dummy after the pass.
Friday will be no different.
