How about some love for Ron Brooks

He's a 5th year senior whose LSU career may not have gone quite as he'd hoped for. He sure is making his mark deep into this, so far, very special season. What a way to go out!

IMO, his is a story of perseverance similar to Jarrett Lee's.

I love Brooks in a manly sort of way. Like a brother that doesn't beat me up every day.

I think the first time I really took note of him was in the chicken sammich bowl against Tech. I remember watching him on special teams and thinking, "this guy is going to be a beast!". He's been a solid contributor and has done LSU proud!

He'd be starting for 98% of college football teams. He is a true Tiger for staying around. He'll get his shot in the NFL.

No doubt. He can spend 6-7 years in the league as a Randall Gay type player.

Aggressive. Good nose for the ball. Good speed. He'll be making some money.

Much love to Ron Brooks....he is a crisp tackler and has a good nose for the ball too. Glad to see him having success !!
