Let me first say, I think Alabama is the 2nd best team. I think there will be three categories you can put human voters in.

1. The best team should get the 2nd spot and that's Alabama.

2. If you don't win your conference, you don't get in. The best conference champion is Oregon, so they are number 2.

3. Oregon and Alabama have had their shot, the best conference champion of the remaining teams (OK-OK St. winner) should be number 2.

I think the human polls splitting votes close enough that the team with the best computer ranking (OK-OK St. winner) will be number 2.

Your thoughts?

Dreaming? Why would I care if we play Alabama? They couldn't beat LSU at home, what chance do they have in a dome?

Okl. still has 3 games to play, including Iowa state and Okl. state. Lot of work left for them. I am sure we still have plenty of surprises left.

Just a FYI, the goalposts in the Superdome are the same width as those in Tuscaloosa!

You are right...

The more bcs likes quality wins over the value of a bad loss...

Humans don't, but they also don't want to see a rematch...

I think if LSU loses a close one to UGA, they are in as well...

But an arky loss will entirely depend on the voters

Make sense to me. ALA and ORE had their chances. If either ALA or ORE, I say ORE > ALA because gumps lost at home and more recently. ORE will have "quailty" wins over STA and prob USC. What is ALA quality win?
