When we are training, usually in a field or park he holds a line great but when we get to a lake or marsh or when there is a big obstacle. Like going down a big ditch, he doesn't hold one very well. Did you train him yourself? Which drills are you doing with him now?

Here is pretty good [link=(www.retrievertraining.net/forums/)]site[/link] that I have used to ask questions and get solutions. It helped me with my dog not wanting to ride in a boat or on a four wheeler.
