I don't know which movies still make me laugh. Monty Python and the Holy Grail is definitely one.
The term "still" is a tricky term to deal with. Some of you are putting relatively new comedies and I don't think they apply considering the "still".

It's situational, time and place comedy. Sort of like the newer generation probably feels about Superbad.
It's nostalgia and school. And has some of the best classic lines ever. Great writing by Cameron Crowe...It's one movie we quoted constantly growing up.
Spicoli is classic - "hey, there's no birthday party in here" and Brad in the Phoebe Cates scene - "doesn't anybody knock anymore?"
