Hey Bradley! The true man and hero is VICTIM 1

Bradley continues to say Joe Pa is a man of character, blah, blah, blah. Joe Pa FAILED to notify authorities when he should have and did nothing to stop this predatory activity for 9 years after it was first brought to his attention.
The real hero with guts is THE man who decided to do something to put an end to it: VICTIM 1. VICTIM 1 triggered the investigation that led to the arrest of this predator. Joe Pa and the rest of the Penn St power structure FAILED in their basic human moral obligation. They have earned what they are currently receiving. So STFU Bradley. You are likely next.
Honor the hero.

quote:Good luck with that Joe. Maybe an attorney can enlighten us on if this guy is absolutely just grandstanding or if he really has a prayer of proving innocence with the number of victims now coming forward.
Joseph Amendola
IF they can find the kid McQueary saw with Sandusky and can convince him to speak, this a-hole should die in prison either by an accidental fall or because he never saw the light of day again. There needs to be some form of torture type punishment for scum like this; something to the order of tazing him by the nuts five times a day.

The upside is the Sandusky thinks he has hope, cowards never off themselves if they have hope no matter how out of touch with reality they are.
And of course there is the bargaining angle to get the accomplices, plead to a lesser charge.

Sandusky will never see the light of day again. He can't leave his house now and there's no way that once he's convicted he's ever getting out of jail.

I tend to agree with you but we really do not know what Ace's he holds. The fact that he is still walking around says a lot to me, he either thinks he sees a light at the end of the tunnel or some other person/entity fears what he has and they believe what he has will not go away with his death.

he is delusional clearly I mean he was raping kids at his fricking job for Gods sake. His attorney knows better though I would hope.

On the other hand, he may just "cut himself shaving" and bleed to death before the trial.
ETA: I just noticed you said "something that won't go away with his death". I believe I know to what you are referring but please say what you are thinking, if you don't mind.

Thanks for the link on that article. Kudos to the mother of Victim #1 for her recognition of something not being right with her son and for her determination to find an answer. Jeers to the school official who touted Sandusky's great reputation and "heart of gold" and who tried to ward the mother off from taking the issue any further.
Kudos also to the psychologist who was able to coax the boy enough to get the info needed to start the investigation that finally exposed this monster.
And of course the greatest accolades to the boy who had the courage, through great pain, to finally tell what needed to be told against all odds of anything ever being done. May Sandusky burn in hell for the suffering he caused this young man and all the others.

I have no clue, just blackmail information that would be revealed if he died, so they are into protecting him till they can delete the info or whatever needs to be destroyed. Its his ACE

I have not paid any attention. Have the feds gotten involved yet? Sandusky DID transport a minor across state lines for the express purpose to...tired of repeating it.

This reminds me of that well written Police Report concerning Marines stopping a thief (quote below)
quote:
Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta , Georgia , told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta , on surveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket... When confronted the man became irate, knocked down an employee, drew a knife and ran for the door. Outside on the sidewalk were four Marines collecting toys for the "Toys for Tots" program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of the Marines, Cpl. Phillip Duggan, in the back; the injury did not appear to be severe. After Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene Cpl. Duggan was transported for treatment. The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw...injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off of the curb after stabbing the Marine.
... After being convicted, something like that should happen to him.

I recall that and thought this is hilarious:
