This is pretty damning for everyone up there. I am even more sick to my stomach that the GA did nohing basically.

I agree. He needs to go as well. I keep imagining myself walking in on something like that. There is no scenario where I would have turned and walked away without doing something, even if I knew the perp or was scared. Scream and run if you must, then dial 911.
The JoePa protesters should be forced to read the report. Then maybe they will realize football and PSU should be an afterthought in this story.
