Where did I say anything about the caliber of player they would get? They are going to have to change their recruiting strategy when they come in to the SEC and there is enough players to go around in Georgia and Florida to make it necessary that they start hitting those states up because they will be playing there yearly.

Under that theory why isn't Kentucky better?

They play in the same division as Missouri, closer to UGA and FU, with a bigger stadium and larger Athletic budget.

The vast Majority of D-1 kids play within a 350 mile radius of home. ESPN and CBS did a study and it holds true.

Because Kentucky sucks.

Louisville has made a killing off of recruiting Florida as has Wisconsin recently. Missouri doesn't need to take 15 kids from Florida a year but if they can get 3-4 from Florida, 1-2 from Georgia and maybe a couple from Tennesse and the Carolina's then you start to be able to supplement what they got from Texas while in the Big 12.

It's no different than what we had to do when we joined the SEC. We no longer were able to get 15-20 guys a year from Texas. We started having to dip into Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
