Loudest stadium:
I was in fifth grade here, but it made an impression on me and has always "seemed" like the loudest stadium I ever heard:
1985 t.u. / A&M
Away from Kyle Field, A&M's Alamo bowl victory against Michigan was damn loud. The Alamodome isn't pretty, but it really bounces the sound waves in yelling situations. I remember the Superdome against Ohio State getting loud, too.
Most hostile environment:
Death Valley/Tiger Stadium, 1994. Leeland McElroy goes 80 yards late in the 4th Quarter to seal the A&M win. Some very pissed off coonasses that night.
Texas Tech doesn't have the pageantry of LSU, but there fans are in general just "meaner" ... they rage all day and night when the Aggies come to town. Not quite as loud, but hostile? Yup.
favorite place to visit that you would honestly missed?
Not going to lie here. I love playing the t-sips in Austin and will miss it. I went there for law school, have a ton of friends in that town, and A&M/Texas is a state treasure.
That being said, I'm damn excited about watching the Aggies playing in the SEC next year.

man, that game has got to be reinstated somewhere down the line. before i move to texas (a woman to blame), the only big 12 game i ever watched and got into was tejas vs a&m. for some reason, i always pulled for the aggies even though i really didn't know fans from either team. now living in tejas for 5 yrs, i realize that my gut was right.
