Will Ingram be at 100% for Sunday's tilt versus Atlanta?

He was having a good day against the Colts before he was injured.

14 carries for 91 yards

I think we should feed him the ball 15+ times against the Falcons

PT is so damn good it's a shame that he has to share so many carries.

I recognize the need for a pounder but there's only so many touches to go around.

PT has had some of his best games against the Falcons. Hell, even Reggie use to play pretty well against the Falcons. They're not gonna know what to do with Sproles.

exactly. I believe if pt got 17-20 carries a game he would be a 1000 yard back. The issue is his health because he does get injured slightly often and having ivory and Ingram ready to go is a good thing. But you're right because you have to get all of those guys touches plus sproles on top of that so there are only so many touches to go around

I would let him rest this one out and wait til our Monday night game with the Giants where we need to really start churning out wins down the stretch.
Thomas Ivory and Sproles can handle the Falcons to get us to the bye.

i highly doubt we will see much of ingram vs atlanta. PT and ivory are really excelling in their roles. no need to rush ingram back. i can see them wanting to wait till the bye week to bring him back

i could be down for that. dunbar seems to really want atlanta, so no loss there.

think greer and p rob are enough for julio and roddy "push off" white?

Watching Ivory's run style again...not sure I'd want a Ingram in right now. He was getting big holes but he just reminded me why he could be a really good back if he stays healthy. I doubt even if Ingram can play this weekend he'll be 100%.

In this offense I believe Ingram, PT, Sporles and Ivory are easily 1,000 yard capable backs. Heck if you want to play the what if game, i would be willing to bet Bell on the practice squad could go for a 1000 yards with 17-20 carries over the course of a season. (assuming no injuries to anyone)

Yeah all of them will get carries it will be interesting to see how they all fit into the game plan. What a difference from a year ago.
