I renewed mine in September online.
Whenever I do have to go there, I always ask them at the Shelby County office if they have those new LSU tags in yet, and everytime, they seem less than amused. frick em.

I have a buddy who is an alumnus of Tennessee and I always love reminding him that the state Leg. will never allow anything but in-state schools.
