The Carousel Bar at Monteleone hotel(FQ)
whatever that bar is in the Ritz Carleton(FQ)
Loa at International House hotel (not in FQ)
The bar at Loew's hotel has a redheaded lady bartender that makes FANTASTIC drinks.

i like the loew's bar also. never been to sazerac but have heard good things about it too.
