Besides straight up eating them, what do you guys do with these? Recipes? Have a tree in the back and don't think i am going to be able to consume them all.

Can them for sure, they are little citrus candies, and marmalade is easy to make too. Dehydrate some, it takes nothing to re-constitute in water. Cooking pork, fish, or chicken dishes is another way of using them.

You got a recipe for any of that?

Which one? Just canning would require nothing more than boiling in a simple syrup, then can. Marmalade a bit more so I will get with my mentor(sister) on that one, but it ain't a hard deal either.

Someone brought me a sack from Becnel's. They were okay, but the skin got petrified in a few days and they were impossible to peel. Never had that happen with them unless they were too old. These were supposedly just picked.

Mixing the juice with balsamic vinegar and make a reduction sauce ....pour over grilled drum....mmm
wow...without reduction...that sounds like a great salad dressing.
