I found Ledgers Joker to be funny on occasions.
The "magic trick" scene was awesome/funny. And when he busted in on the party and took the champagne glass, tossed the champagne out, then proceeded to take a sip... I thought that was pretty great. I mean its seems typical to say but I think his is by far the best Joker.
Edit: The scenes were he was dressed as a nurse also had a few funny moments. The more i think about it, I feel like he was a very balanced character.
