Contrary to your believe, before Saban, LSU blew dick. Y'all have had extreme success since 00' and I'm happy for y'all. But you need to remember that you weren't always a good team man.

You want LSU to reign free over Louisiana, I get it. But frick that, there's a reason I like tulane more. I could have easily followed the sheep and rooted for LSU. But the arrogance and stupidity that goes with LSU's fan base is something I need not be a part of.

Ps. Just because your kid can't hang at the school of continuing studies doesn't mean our academics are failing, or falling as you put.

My "kid" has a 3.8 GPA and it ain't in the "school of continuing studies."

Read any credible ranking system and Tulane academics ARE falling. Hell, your own people admit that--one of your leading alumni bitched and moaned recently that, at his Houston law firm, Tulane has been taken off their preferred list for hiring.

Since my kid is there, I am more worked up about that than Toolame's shitty athletics.

LSU has at all times since about 1920 or so, been among the top 20 or so programs historically. Even at the end of our worst period ever, the 1990s, we were still in the top 15 or so all-time. LSU never "blew dick".
