Agree Chicken with option 4. By far the best. I just want for personal reasons to put aggy in the east and make them pay for travel. IN case you haven't figured it out 
I absolutely loath aggy, more so then bama. Anything from Texass is bad but aggy nut grabbers are the worst.

Ok, I made a slight adjustment to option 4. Really no need to flip flop Auburn and Tennessee...so leave them in their current divisions...move Miss State to the East and put Mizzou in the West:
SEC East:
Florida
Georgia
Tennessee
South Carolina
Miss State
Kentucky
Vanderbilt
SEC West:
LSU
Auburn
Alabama
Arkansas
Mizzou
Texas A&M
Ole Miss
Permanent cross-division games would be:
LSU / Florida
Auburn / Georgia
Alabama /Tennessee
Arkansas / South Carolina
Mizzou / Kentucky
Texas A&M / Vanderbilt
