But unconfirmed
WRONG!
There is a difference from an ON RECORD confirmation and an OFF THE RECORD confirmation.
Again you people are insane if you think media especially local media is gonna run with this if they don't have a source.
Not to mention someone as smart as Bonnette would have warned off local media if this was not true, he would have talked to Rabalais or ESPN ON the record and said look guys you have it waayyy wrong.
DO you people have any idea how the media works? Do you really think every report has an on the record source?
Geez.

And you're insane if you don't think the media would use a homeless guy from Seattle as their source. They don't care, they just want to be the first to get it out there.

It has to if it affects people's lives - especially students who are beginning their lives. You are looking at it as a loss of CB for your team but the albatross you are forcing around their necksby the various accusations are going to stay regardless of whether it is true or not.
The media thrives on this nowadays (they rush to judgement and play with words to imply fault without obvious libel) - it is called sensationalism and it lasts only for a few days but it gives the eyeballs but at a horrendous cost to the poor target.
Is the opinion on a fricking internet forum or by crappy media that important to be heard and published that you don't care if it could possibly ruin someone's lives and or career!
