So what's your point? It was a bad choice no matter how big or small of a spotlight you are in. Some of you want to crucify them. I understand being disappointed about it but just put into perspective that they are kids and making mistakes are part of growing up.

a counter point to your point.
That is all.

I agree, Stout. They are young guys. They are learning a valuable lesson about success: that with great success, there comes a huge responsibility. Actions have consequences, and the people that praised you the day before will crucify you just as quickly. Maybe they will learn that their egos can be their greatest enemy.

I'm reading stuff like this alot. Where is an example of some wanted to "crucify"?
Geez, being disappointed in players behavior is a normal human emotion. Just like it would be with your children. Their still your children---you are just expressing your disappoint in them.

If there are a couple of people who want to crucify the players, ignore them. And let up on the people expressing their disappointment.

Really? I don't see this. Outside of a couple people, most are just acknowledging bad judgement.

If LSU beats Auburn, by the end of the season no one will give a rats arse about the whole deal.

Better watch this phrase. I got crucified a while back about saying they were kids. Anyone who says an 18-19 or even 20 year old is not a kid, must be about the same age.
