If I had a friend/team mate that broke a law and/or team rules, I would be disappointed, sad for him, sad that our team has to play without them, and I would encourage and help my friend to stay in compliance with team rules.

I would not encourage my team mate to keep breaking said rules, and I would not criticize anyone that is also disappointed in my team mate/friends actions.

they didn't do this either, they told people to basically stand behind them, not against them. don't see anything wrong with that at all either
