I have no problem with the mistakes. I do have a problem with the me first, call out the fans, blame everyone else childish garbage coming from them.

You made a mistake, your mistakes hurt the program and team that some have been pulling for before your PARENTS were alive..and you want to act like there should be no ill will towards your dumbass decision. Come the hell on.

Spot on.

The stupid things I did at LSU reflected badly on and hurt no one other than myself. Of course I paid for my own meals, housing, books, tuition and tutors. So I guess it was pretty much my right to make as big of an arse out of myself as I wanted to.

Those guys represent the entire university and fan base. They are on a free ride. They chose to let down LSU. They chose to let down the fans. If their actions cause LSU to lose the chance to play for a national championship then they will be the ones who are personally responsible. If that happens then I hope that they remember it for the rest of their lives. I will.

And if you are in the workplace, you spend some down time defending and supporting your team amongst folks pulling for other universities.

Lately with the jawing and the actions, we are not defending the quality of the football team..we are defending the quality of the men, we are defending the players themselves.

Then they do stupid shite, and want to act like the only mode of support is what happens in the stands on Saturday.

I am just put off with their behavior. We desperately need some leadership, from the coaches or from within the locker room.
