I'm about to dump a few boxes of random bottles and just keep a few cases of flip-tops and bombers. That will help me get rid of the clutter and reorganize the brewing equipment.

Oh, and I'll have your Black Butte XXIII tonight. Bring $$$.

My wife went from, "No, we're not putting that in here," to "well that's not bad" once I started showing her what it "could" look like. She even starting pointing out ones she liked, and (with this last batch) was getting more excited than me when the airlock started bubbling. It's going to happen, just not overnight.


Some poeple do amazing things with their beer hobby. All I did was show her a few things like this:




















For the last one, the guy had a step by step 40 page thread with plans he drew up in autocad and addressed any heating/cooling problems it could have from being covered in wood and tile.
