Name Change Request Form

Please answer the following questions in sentence form, with at least three sentences per answer.  Please also note that answering the following questions will not guarantee any name change.  Failure to answer any of the questions, however, will reflect poorly on your request.

1.  Why would you like your name changed?

2.  How did you choose your current username?

3.  Who is your favorite admin and why?

4.  What would you like your name changed to?

5.  How did you choose your proposed user name?

6.  Why is it important that your name is changed?

7.  Why did you not read the TD.com commandments, specifically the first, prior to registering as a user?

1. I would like my name changed because it doesn't reflect myself anymore. When I joined in 2008, and lurked for time before that, I was very into movies and this was my screen name for other message forums as well. I would also like it changed because it features numbers which is a sign of originality.

2. When I chose my current username I was copying what I used on other member services as well as message forums

3. My favorite admin would have to be Rummel because he posts with everyone like a regular Joe. I don't really know any of the other administrators but Chicken certainly seems like a enjoyable person as well. I regret to say I don't know any of the other administrators.

4. I would like my name changed to KwazyWabbit.

5. I chose my proposed name for my Xbox Live username. Many people think that this is a terrible user name, but I like it as a refrence to the Looney Toons. Childish? Maybe, however I like it and it is the username for all my other webpages.

6. It is important to me because all I got in this world is my balls and my username, and I don't break em for nobody.

7. Because this list of Commandments did not exist in 2008 to my knowledge. When I registered for this forum I was very ADD stricken and did not bother to read these commandments. For that I deeply apologize and I hope that you will have humility and understanding in my request.

I really apologize and I'd like to revise my answers if that is possible.

2. I chose my current username when I was younger and desiring to be a filmmaker. This was my username on several other member services and message boards at the time as well. The #45 has no significance however. It was because I lacked originality. I was weak minded and a pawn of the internet.

4. I would like my name changed to KwazyWabbit. The purposefully misspelled words in the name reflect how it should be said. It is a two part sword in that it references the Looney Toons and it makes those who say it out loud sound like a complete child.

6. It is important to me because I would like originality. My current username does not give me an identity but rather a number. I feel like I am just another cattle in the herd and I wish to no longer be that. I wish to be a man of mine own, the prize cattle, the top dog. I realize I referenced three different things there but I feel that just emphasizes how much I feel about this name.
