If we lose i'm not recognizing this game

That last completion to D. Williams had a clear holding penalty but as is the case all game for the Panthers, there was no call. This has to be one of the worst officiated games this year.

He is saying that they were playing well BEFORE the penalty and that it changed the momentum of the game and got them rolling.
