That gif makes me want to punch Moore in the vagina even more than I already wanted to.
And the taunting rule might be the dumbest rule in all of sports. No way should "shrugging" (best description I could think of) cause a TD to be reversed. It does nothing to help the score happen, and is 100% punitive in nature. they should immediately change it.
