I contend that what we saw today was an intentionally conservative play calling... no need to give away any more than we need to.

N'western has a better mentality than LSU

Kentucky just couldn't catch a break. They are WAAYYY better than we are.
The team just finally caught up w/ Les' lucky streak.
No doubt, we lose out the rest of the season

Brantley going out is big for next week's game. The leg injury looked serious. I hate to see a young man injured playing college football, regardless of who they play for.
I do have concerns over our offensive line against Bama however. In my opinion, there is no reason to put a running quarterback in on short yardage plays when we should get those easy yards with our blue chip recruits on offense. Something isn't right with the OL.
That being said, I don't care who is the QB, I just prefer 1 guy lead the team. The past 2 years have proved that we cannot alternate them without mass confusion which leads to wasted timeouts and senseless penalties during good drives. JJ wS the starter coming out of summer drills for a reason. JL has led an awesome September against 3 top 25 teams. I like our chances with a steady ship.
