I don't think this would be the case, but it is funny this is their biggest blown lead that late in the game since 1954.

That pitch in the 9th inning to that guy hitting .108 was belt high right down the middle with no movement.

If NFL can be fixed (as another thread claimed) baseball can be as well.

Yea, they got two outs in the 9th just to tantalize the Red Sox fans, and then waited to grove one down the middle to a guy who hadn't hit a homer in months, just knowing he would jack one out to tie the game.
