Really? I mean, even the biggest Cowboy fan would be hard pressed to put him 8th, easily.

Brady, Manning, Roethlesburger, Brees, Rivers, Vick, and Rodgers are all clearly better quarterbacks who have played at levels Romo has never approached-- and that's even before beginning to scratch the surface of quarterbacks who have far more significant career accomplishments than Tony Romo.

Realistically, he's somewhere between 9 and 14 in the league. I don't think he's 14, but he's not 9 in my mind either.
