After 4 games in the season, which team do you guys think has the better rush, pass and overall defense? Did LSU lose a little bit of it's aura last night or was it a deliberate game plan?

LSU has similar athletes but my main concern is Chavis lack of making game adjustments or for that matter his scheme. Having LB's in space covering WR in obvious passing downs is a huge red flag.

Bama looked better yesterday for sure. We were playing an opponent that threw the ball 65 times and ran it 8 times. So its hard to judge. Its gonna be a dog fight in T-town

If Bama would have played simular teams on the road i might have a better idea. When they play florida next week then we might know more, but Bama's D is no doubt good so far.

Bama's seems to be more consistent.

While LSU's looked nasty the first three games, I never really thought they got into a groove last night.

Of course, Smith went to the air 60+ times...we'll know come 11.5

Bama - but we have the potential to be better whereas Bama is playing at it's peak level of performance

I think Alabama maybe better but not by much. I think LSU's offense is better, so I say we win come Nov 5.

I think on Nov. 5th the invincible forces will collide with immovable objects, and I just hope the universe survives the experience.

Bama is better.

More importantly though, I think Bama's defense matches up better with our offense than our defense matches up with Bamas.

Who has BAMA played to test their D? Arkansas? Please.

I personally thought allowing the short yards to not sacrifice the long was all apart of Chavis' game plan. It worked.

500+ yards on the surface sounds awful, but look closer:

Comp pct. 10.0
Yds per att. 7.2
TD-Int 0-0
Pass effic. 70.5

Not to mention only 21 points on the scoreboard.

Frick BAMA; I'll take LSU.
