They will do just fine - did well against Oregon - plus the QB won't have as much time to pass as he has the previous games...

What happens happens. No need to stress. Count on it. They won't throw for over 125.

this couldn't be more wrong, I think Geno will have just as much if not more time than D Thomas and way more than Relf had

Play like they did against TAMU in the Cotton Bowl. Tannehill/Fuller > Smith/Austin

If the Dline gets pressure we will be fine, if not its gonna be a tight game.

With WVU's lack of a running game, Chavis could go dime or mustang on just about every play.

Considering the amount of passes we will attempt, I will guarantee Geno passes for over that amount. Most likely in the low 200s.

I honestly expect 2-4 picks. They literally won't be able to run it. Expect 50 pass attempts

well, he won't need as much time. Geno gets rid of the ball very quickly, spreading the defense out from sideline to sideline. Then he hits a man running down the seams for a big play.

O/U - the amount of balls our D-lineman knock down at the line of scrimmage? That's what we'll need lots of...

I'm guessing Geno Smith throws about 50 pass attempts for around 250 yards, 3 int's, and 50% completion percentage. The running game will be held around 50 yards. Mathieu may rack up the most tackles in a game this year with about 15 and will cause a turnover.

I don't get this either - think he will have the same numbers and same lack of meaningful success as Thomas

Oregon is a better offense overall and we shut them down.

WVU might have a better QB but they have no rushing attack like Oregon. Unless they plan to run Geno a lot, they'll be one-dimensional. Notice Thomas didn't run much due to the respect on our D. If Holgerson wants to win the Big East, he'd be smart in telling Smith not to risk his career running on that defense.

They'll have some success on short quick routes and gain a couple hundred through the air, but that'll be it. Maybe 17 points

Chances are Geno will get several designed QB runs and get clobbered on one of them. He won't be the same for the rest of the season and the Mountaineer fans will bitch about how we were mean to him like we were to Noel Devine.
