From those videos we can conclude that Jefferson was not the kicker in the dark colored shirt.
Who knows who did what, but I look at the body language revealed on the inside video of both JJ and Lowery and I only see one which comes across as jerk like or aggressive.
I know that doesn't speak to events outside, but I think it might speak to the frame of mind or mood of the two guys right before the fight took place and who might have been looking for trouble and who wasn't.

We know that one of them lies to the police.
That one is Lowery.

Remind me.
Is this the account where Lowery, while traveling alone down the street minding his own business, came flying in like Superman to save another person's life as it was in peril by the ravage beating at the hands of our overaggressive football team?
Do you have any more inside info pertaining to "knowing for a FACT" that Hillar Moore played darts in his office instead of looking at anything about this case before filing to have this move to a grand jury? What else is going on in the D.A.'s office these days?
Or would you rather continue with the silly lawyer dick-measuring nonsense in which you have participated in this thread? You are, after all, "quite good" at it.

I think that you are upset that nobody buys your friend that is Lowery's friend's story.
Maybe if you told it again, you might some change some minds.
However considering how well it went over last time, I think that you won't tell the story.

Yes.

He keeps mysteriously referencing that he "knows for a fact." The legitimacy is just as dubious as my account.

I'm really not that upset. "Annoyed" would be a more sufficient adjective. I also thought it was hilariously childish to claim to be "quite good" at any profession. It becomes especially humorous with respect to the legal profession.

I have stated that I understood I don't offer any more credibility than any other slapdick that peruses these forums. The same thing applies to Antonio Moss.

I've told the story a couple of times and am tired of it. Don't feel like typing it again. I'll link one of the posts if the guy really wants me to.

Now THAT was entertaining.

Yes, you do. This jury will not hear the specifics of another case that might come before them.
He's right about your act. It's getting old. Perry Como was spot on.

Well I can't tell if your account is legitimate or not because you deleted it from Tigerdroppings. I remember someone posting an account chalked full of inconsistencies that were rebutted by video and other evidence. I think it was yours but since you erased it, I can't be sure.

More childish than deleting your posts after its veracity is questioned?

Meh. I completely trust the people who have told me what they have. They are in position to the know the facts and have no reason to lie.

The one thing that I can not believe the police have not done, is look at the security tape from shadys and look for a black male, I am assuming you can have a size reference. Dressed very similar to the male clearly shown in video to who is kicking him and go after that lead. You would start to build a case, and you would have some physical evidence however circumstantial.
