So, what happens to those schools with sanctions?

With super-conferences imminent and the NCAA goes down the tubes, does their sanctions stay in effect? (ie, Ohio State, Miami! North Carolina, USC, Tennessee basketball, etc ) Or or is there still going to be a governing board?
