Is anyone else for blowing up the yearly cross divisional SEC "rivalry games"?

when the SEC goes to 14 teams, I say rotate the teams around.

Bama/UT, UGA/AU

All of these rivalry games (especially if it's E vs W) should be rotated.

UF doesn't want to play LSU every year, and vice versa.

There's got to be some kind of way to make this work.

I think a fresh schedule each season that is different from the last one would not only be fair to each team in the SEC, it would also be interesting and wouldn't get stale IMO.

A change would do the SEC good to shake things up a bit.

permanent cross divisional rivalries probably will go away. especially is mizzou is the 14th. ever since the AU president said they would be willing to go to the east, I've had a feeling it was gonna be mizzou. which would mean AU/UGA kept playing. but we would lose UA/TENN

If auburn went to the east, they would need to play bama every year. No way around it

Those games are a part of this league's culture now and it would be a mistake to end them. I'm sorry but A&M and Mizzou aren't worth ending great traditions.

Easy for you to say as an LSU fan. Your team hasn't been apart of those long-standing historical series.

Actually, that depends on who you ask. According to most Alabama fans, they'd trade the Third Saturday in October for the Iron Bowl. Apparently, TN is their real rival.
