I don't think he has been, to be honest with you. I think jcole has given evidence as well as stats showing that a FSU move to the SEC would NOT benefit them, monetary or recruiting wise.
I think you are truly underestimating how the ACC would react to FSU leaving. It won't just be a "bluff" lawsuit like Baylor tried, there will be one.

What would be the cause of action? Leaving a conference and paying the buyout fee like every other school is doing? It's like not them leaving would destroy the conference like Baylor was suggesting.
