LOL, you really believe that? The Missouri administration is extremely risk adverse. They would never make a move like that. In fact they won't be making any move until OU kills the conference.
I guess you are also unaware that FOIA requests last year showed Missouri had no conversations with the Big 10. There was only forwarding around internally of news articles between the Chancellor and the AD staff.
