David Toms -4 today so far in the PGA Tour BMW Championship round 2

David seems to be able to put together some great rounds and get us excited, can't seem to keep it together for all 4 rounds. Does anyone know if he is still dealing with injuries?

Update -5 after a another long birdie put of over 18 feet. he had one earlier today for 37 feet

Toms has persistent back problems. He is -5 after the second round, but still 7 shots off the lead by Justin Rose. He has four holes to go as of 4:00 PM CST. Toms is currently tied for 7th place at the BMW Championship at Cog Hill.

He needs to tighten it up, things are getting awfully tight in the President Cup race.....

Toms finished -5 with a 66 for round two, but seven stokes behind the leader. Trend looks good to be in the top 3 by Saturday evening.
