I've heard awesome things about Culinary Productions. They'll do their best to make whatever you want and they even have awesome choices.
I am not sure what your budget is, but as a guest, I'm quite sick of every wedding having little smokies, pasta, sandwiches
This place is VERY decently priced and offers out-of-the-usual items. Also, you can add other stations for just a few dollars a person.
For example, if you want a pad thai station, it's $7 extra per person. Their two wedding packages are only $30/per person and $35/per person, which is awesome.
