He's def lived up to the reputation
If you need further proof, look at how far South Carolina's secondary has fallen since Cooper left there. The DB's are easily the weakest area of the Gamecocks.

both should have been 4-5 stars, but their parents and coaches didn't handle their recruitment right. Didn't go to enough camps, etc, so we were the only school that knew about them.
