nice... I was just going in to get a Samsung 46" and the Best Buy guys gave me the 3D starter kit (glasses, all the Shrek movies in 3D) with the TV for the same price, along with the 3D Blue Ray DVD player.

It will all be worth it tomorrow night if the LSU game is awesome in 3D.

Agreed. Unfortunately for me, Dish doesn't carry it. The TV does have the ability to convert 2D to 3D and it does a decent job of using the pixel focus to give it depth, but it only looks close to true 3D for CGI movies/shows. The other thing is it provides negative depth as opposed to real 3D. It's like looking at things through a window instead of having things actually come at you.

Still, I can't complain.
