An athlete at LSU would have a very hard time getting in trouble for anything to develop said history. It takes effort to get in the trouble he's in.

Touche`. There's nothing like hearing neighbors say "he seemed like such a normal guy".
However, since you went there, he would have to be psychotic to convince himself he is innocent when he is actually guilty.
