Agreed. $40 is too much. Why not just charge $10 or $20 for all spots on campus? Wouldn't LSU make the same amount of $, if not more?
The lot I used to park at was full by 3:00. So I just had to park further away from campus and pay somebody else (not LSU) $10 for the spot. The only lots let available were $40 spots. The hell with that...if I can pay $10 and walk, I'm going to do it.

Even with all of this shite implemented hearing that they shut down giving out the passes @ 3:30 is perhaps the dumbest thing I've heard yet.
