I'm showing my age, but mine was October 16, 1965. Tigers vs. Kentucky. LSU won 31-21. This was Joe Labruzzo's senior year. This was the team that beat Arkansas in the 1966 Cotton Bowl. Went to the game with my father, uncle, and a cousin. I had just made 8 years old. I knew the year of the game because I still had the program until that Katrina bitch destroyed it.

One of my first as well, but I believe I went to an LSU v. UGA game before that one when Hokie Gajan was playing.

That was your first game?? Wow... talk about a good first game. I remember going on the field for that one. I was in the 5th grade and my parents told me if I got one more detention that I wouldn't be able to go to the game that weekend.

LSU vs. Virginia Tech, 2007. Marched down the hill with the band and sat with them (was part of a group of high school band students getting recruited.) Got rained on, remember parachutists coming down during pregame.
Unfortunately, since my interest in college football didn't start until I started college...I didn't even nearly appreciate the significance of the game. I can't even guarantee that I watched most of it...

I remember being with my grandfather at a game versus rice in the mid-80's and standing on the seat to be able to see.

10/21/00 Miss St game. 45-38 in OT! Junior day recruitment game. Got to hang out with what would be become some great Tiger players including Andrew Withworth, Joe Addai, Michael Clayton, Marquise Hill(RIP) and Marcus Speers. I remember seeing AW standing in the tunnel making everyone look like midgets and realizing i was not cut out for prime time SEC football.

It rained this game?
ETA: Tennessee '05. Talk about a shitty start.

My first LSU game was in 1968 vs TULANE in TULANE STADIUM. LSU won something like 34-10. My first LSU game in TIGER STADIUM was the season opener in 1969 vs TEXAS A&M. TIGERS won 35-6!

Rice. 1959.
I remember the ride home better than the game. Cajun oil man with a Cadillac. 100 MPH all the way to Lake Charles.
