From what I have been hearing, Texas is 100% focused on keeping the LHN going. Texas will go independent before it gives it up. LHN will serves as the regional network for Texas in the Big 10 system of networks and Texas will take $15 mill less a year from BTN payout to make everything even.

Can't imagine this ever happening. Will be a big revolt from the current members if it does. Most B1G fans do not want Texas.

sounds like that might work. i actually like the idea of texas in the big 10 if you don't go independent.

Understood, but if UT starts a series of seasons like last one this will change pronto.
