FYI ...
If you live, or have ever lived in Louisiana, you pay taxes. One way or another, your money goes to support LSU because ... wait for it, wait for it ... its a public institution. I think that gives all those who never attended enough of a say so in the matter.
Also, why on God's green earth would a Louisiana boy/girl ever pull against a team filled with fellow La. citizens and coonasses? For me, I appreciate the regional flavor of the SEC - boys in La. play football better than boys from (insert state here).
