Shady's Fight Cover-Up Discussion on Houston's Sports Talk Radio

Did anyone else hear this discussio on 790? I normally don't listen to 790 but since Lance Z went there, I have been listening. Based off who he talked to, he is convinced that JJ has nothing to do with the kicking incident and he is covering for someone....Before the rant goes crazy, this guy is one of the most respected sport radio guys in the city. There has always been a low undercurrent of conversation on this "conspiracy", but I found it strange for him to feel comfortable enough to put this out on the airwaves because of who he is and what he represents.......on a side note, if you wanna gets some great laughs, google "SEC guy"....he is the guy who does this character.

yay more unsubstantiated rumors

Yeah, it wasn't JJ, it was OJ.

The rantards will not like this.

well since the cat is out of the bag...he was covering for doug planchard.
Posted on 9/7/11 at 9:19 am to The Gooch
who would he be covering for?
Posted on 9/7/11 at 9:19 am to The Gooch
It would make sense for the starting QB to cover for someone and completely frick up his senior year.

Wow. How did they get Lowery and the other witnesses to go along?
Did they find those other guys at the hospital and get them to help too?
This is absurd, JustStop

makes sense. the starting QB of a NC contending team in his Sr year is gonna take the fall before the biggest opening game in 20 yrs. That's definitely what happened.
Posted on 9/7/11 at 9:20 am to BigErn
why would he risk his senior year and a chance at great year leading to a potential nfl career?
I call BS
I call BS

That just does not seem plausible.

Exactly, no way in hellll the senior starting QB would cover anyone up.

I would think this too but the only reason it was eye opening to me is who put it out there....Lance Z is far from a hack......other Houston Tiger fans can vouch for that....

Believe it... don't believe it... it's up to you. I really don't care. And this is my last post on the subject.

"IF", IF that is true, he is even more stupid than I thought. Each one of us is responsible for our own actions.. and IF this is true, what does it say about the person for whom he is covering that allows him to take the fall?
Posted on 9/7/11 at 9:23 am to Honkus
It's stupid if that's what he's doing. So yeah, probably what he's doing.
