A&M has the 7th largest alumni base and 6 largest student body (50K) in the nation. That's alot of neo-Naziism you ignorant frick.

Not so fast. Word is that the SEC approval of A&M was conditional based on getting waivers from all Big 12 schools to not sue the SEC.

If TAMU's acceptance into the SEC is contingent on Baylor waiving their right to sue, how will this get resolved? Baylor really has nothing to lose in blocking TAMU from joining unless the rest of the Big 12 threatens to take action against them for stepping out of line.
