It won't be Missouri, Unless the SEC feels that's their only choice. Mizzou wants the Big Ten. Closer schools, better chance to develop rivalries.
I'm thinking the Big Ten Picks up Mizzou, KU, and Iowa State.

saw a tweet where slive has power to negotiate with wva and mizzou. looks like it will be one of those two.

Yes, I'm sure the shared board of KU and KState would love to allow KU to go to the Big 10, causing KState to end up in the MAC, when they could force them to stay together and have them both in the Big East.

By shifting bama they would still have their TN rivalry and perm with the barn.
However this would require the barn to give up UGA and they will riot.
So here's hoping it is W VA or Va Tech, but I still think Missouri is in the mix. The B1G passed on Mizzou once when the skipped over their begging for admission in favor of little red.

Well If I was Mizzou I would prefer the SEC.
They could still recruit Texas and be able to pick up more kids from the deep south.
Big Ten doesnt really offer them that advantage.

Or both and he doesn't have to negotiate with VT b/c they've already agreed. 16 is much easier than 14. (7 div. games plus one rival from the other side vs. 6 & 2)

I agree, the SEC needs to expand to 16 teams.

I don't think adding Virginia with Va Tech is out of the question or even W.V.. Listening to the W.V. AD the other night he sounded damn giddy about joining the SEC.
